The purpose of the agreement is to establish a flexible framework for contracting that will enable the parties to submit bids for the provision of certain services and works as defined in an application to tender (ITT) received from clients in full compliance with the Nigerian Local Content directive of Nigerian Content Division of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).

The objectives of establishing the contractual framework referred to above is to facilitate ease of contracting and bidding for work between Segofs and her technical partners. In furtherance of such objective, the parties recognize the value of agreeing to certain standard terms and conditions upon which they will generally do business. This agreement establishes the standard terms and conditions to which the parties may, from time to time, provide services and works in the applicable ITT.
