DIRECTIONAL DRILLING SERVICE
Segofs Energy is a leader in Directional Drilling business in Nigeria, offering cost effective services for different drilling applications, from planning to execution stages. We bring extensive experience to the Directional Drilling service, and have an array of Rotary Steerable Tools and Mud Motors of different sizes and configurations to suit each project’s demand. We are positioned to drill from the surface holes to the intermediate and slim/drain hole-sections.
Our team of experts is comprised of seasoned professionals in the oil and gas business with both international and Niger Delta field specific experiences, having been working over the years on some of the most technically challenging projects and well profiles on different locations (land, swamp, shallow offshore and deep-water).
Segofs Energy also drills wells on consultancy basis. This service is available to service companies who do not have enough directional drillers (or those with inadequate experience) to handle their wells. ScorePulse is Segofs Energy’s fully integrated MWD/LWD tool which provides real time Directional and Inclination, Gamma, Resistivity, Downhole Temperature, Borehole and Annular pressure and vibration measurements from a single sub. The ScorePulse is a combination of SCORE (Compensated Resistivity Tool)and SmartPulse (MWD + D&I, GR) Tool that has been uniquely designed to take into account the most hostile drilling environment taking all the challenges present in the most demanding Mud Motor and Rotary Steerable applications. The ScorePulse utilizes Advanced Surface Unit (ASU) and VISION Software to deliver optimal directional control, precise formation evaluation and data Display and Transmission to enable reservoir steering whilst drilling. The System delivers increased reliability, offers optimized sensors-to-bit distances and saves rig time making up multiple connections in a BHA as the tool is delivered to rigsiteready for pick up.

We have fleet of Jars, Shock tools, Stabilizers, Float subs, UBHOs,Non-Magnetic Drill Collars, Heavy weight drill pipes, Hole Openers, lift subs, reamers, etcall imported from National Oilwell Varco and JA Oilfield Incorporated.
We supply tools to SPDC, Total E & P Nig Ltd, Conoil Producing Limited, Schlumberger (Drilling and Measurements), Pan Ocean Oil Corporation, Newcross Petroleum Limited Development Limited, Addax Petroleum, Midwestern Oil and Gas Company Plc, South Atlantic Petroleum, Halliburton Energy Services (Sperry Sun), Niger Delta Petroleum Resources, Nigerian Petroleum Development Company, Seplat Petroleum Development Company Limited, etc.
It is imperative to state that we have a valid Agreement with our Original Equipment Manufacturer (NOV) to supply us with various tools and equipment including technical support to meet the demands of our client and clients affiliate even on short notice.
